Local Alumni:
Are you interested in getting in touch with alumni in your area? The Forum is a perfect tool to schedule events. Create a topic under the Events section. You can also lookup alumni by city under the Alumni tab of the Brothers section of the web site. You will need to sign in to your Brother Account first.
Summer Party:
Summer Party is July 11th. An alumni golf tournament is also scheduled for that morning.
Pay Your Alumni Dues:
Alumni dues are only $30 per year and due each year around Homecoming. Please support your chapter by donating today. Please send your donation to the address below. Also send us a notification so we can be on the look out for you donation. Thanks.

Fellow Brothers,
We named this newsletter the Gentlemen's Quarterly because we intended to send it out quarterly, the operative word here being intended. As you are aware, our intentions have fallen short this year. We often lack enough information to fill up the space here even though there isn't much space to fill and we would prefer not to spam your inbox just so we can adhere to this mailer's title. So if you can overlook our poor choice of name for this newsletter we will attempt to impart some worthy KA news on to you. Besides The Gentlemen's Biannually doesn't sound very good. Work with us.
Active Chapter Report:
We are all always very proud to say we are KA's. But there are certain times when you were especially proud to say that. This is one of those times for the active chapter. From dominating sports to renovations to the house, they have shown pride in their letters. Below are just a few of those accomplishments:

With the growth of the social networking phenomenon, it is important that we take advantage of it to help us better communicate with our alumni. We have set up a group on the social networking site Facebook to facilitate in our endeavors. If you are already a member, please join our group so we can keep you informed via every means possible. If you don't have a facebook account, no worries. The web site will always have the most current information available.
Homecoming 2009:
Homecoming is only 4 short months away. If you missed last year, you missed out on the biggest turnout in years. We want to keep up this revived tradition by inviting all alumni to come back this year. The dates for the weekend are October 9th - 11th.
If you were there last year, we want to know what you thought. What did you like about the weekend? What didn't you like? Please visit the forum and let us know your thoughts.
More information concerning the agenda will be made available soon via the web site.
35th Anniversary Convivium:
Preparations have begun for the biggest KA celebration ever, the 35th Anniversary of the founding of our chapter! At Homecoming last year we voted Nashville as the city to host this Delta Upsilon milestone. The details are still being hammered out and will be sent out as they are finalized.
If you live in the Nashville area and would like to help with organizing or have ideas for the weekend, please e-mail Alumni Brother Clint Cummins. He is heading up the planning committee for the event.

Lost Alumni List:
At Delta Upsilon one of our primary concerns is keeping up good alumni relations and ensuring that we are doing our part to keep you informed. Unfortunately no matter how large of an effort we make, we still lose track with some of our alumni from time to time. We have posted a list of our alumni brothers who we do not have either a mailing address or an e-mail address in our database. If you have a method of contacting any of the brothers on the list, please send an e-mail to alumni@kao1865.org. We appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide us in locating these alumni. If you are on the list, please Register A Brother Account so that you can be taken off the list for good.
